Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading full-stack development efforts, the full-time Software Engineer will enhance a document capture and management solution for a federal government client, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and secure coding standards in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-stack development using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS S3 across sprint cycles
• Modernize OpenText server software and harden the Java/Spring Boot backend while maintaining secure coding practices
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system/user manuals and training materials

Required qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture is required
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution is required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in software design and development
• Demonstrated experience leading technical development efforts
• Preferred experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, MSSQL, and Amazon AWS S3
