Software Engineer

Job Summary

Motivated and curious, the full-time remote Software Engineer will develop and maintain clean, efficient code in TypeScript and Node.js, assist in building services within a microservices architecture on AWS, and contribute to frontend development using Angular.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clean, testable code in TypeScript and Node.js
• Assist in building and deploying services within a microservices environment on AWS
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with senior engineers to enhance technical skills

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, with foundational knowledge of Node.js and RESTful API design
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Git for version control and Visual Studio Code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
