Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building customer-facing observability features, the full-time remote Software Engineer will create backend systems that transform raw observability data into actionable insights, primarily using Go, Python, and SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend systems for Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define meaningful insights for customers
• Work on production services and features that enhance user interaction with the product

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production services and features
• Proficiency in Go or a similar systems language is preferred
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with BigQuery/SQL and Python for data work
• Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Grafana, or Datadog
