Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building customer-facing observability features, the remote Software Engineer will create backend systems that transform raw data into actionable insights, primarily using Go, Python, and SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend systems for customer observability features, focusing on Portfolio Insights and product analytics
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define and implement meaningful insights for users
• Utilize and integrate observability platforms like New Relic and Grafana to enhance product capabilities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production services and features
• Proficiency in Go or similar systems language, along with experience in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data-related tasks
• Experience with observability platforms and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of GCP infrastructure, Terraform, and container management solutions like Kubernetes
