Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enable the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, the full-time remote Software Engineer will develop scalable platforms and internal tooling that support payments, claims submission, and operational workflows, while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems that support critical business operations across the revenue cycle
• Apply strong software engineering fundamentals and product thinking to solve complex operational challenges
• Drive all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience
• Experience working directly with product and design teams
• Proven ability to build highly responsive, scalable, and reliable systems
• Intermediate understanding of modern application architecture and frontend design patterns
