Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive impactful projects across the AdTech stack, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will lead initiatives involving web wrapper features, server enhancements, and A/B testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple concurrent projects across the AdTech stack, managing technical design through deployment and post-launch validation
• Act as a lead on cross-team initiatives, writing technical design documents and coordinating with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
• Contribute high-quality code across JavaScript/TypeScript and Rust, while designing and analyzing A/B experiments to drive actionable conclusions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading projects and shipping production systems
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including knowledge of asynchronous patterns and performance-sensitive client-side code
• Experience designing and running A/B experiments with a solid understanding of result interpretation
• Strong code review skills, capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative in project management and execution
