Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Software Engineer will design and build scalable solutions for modernizing reporting, analytics, and automation platforms that support healthcare claims and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business, data, and platform teams to develop solutions across on-prem and cloud environments
• Modernize reporting and analytics platforms to enhance data quality, automation, and operational decision-making
• Support production systems with a focus on stability, performance, and data integrity

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with modern programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• 3+ years of experience building data solutions using BI and ETL tools like SSIS, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience in designing and optimizing data models and complex SQL for high-volume enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment
