Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Software Engineer will perform complex IT analysis and programming tasks related to software development in a mainframe DB2 environment, utilizing Ca-Gen development tools and collaborating with team members to maintain large-scale applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and implement software solutions that meet enterprise standards and requirements
• Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution, participating in team interviews
• Perform independent complex IT tasks with a focus on creativity and innovation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Ca-Gen development analysis and design
• Proficiency in mainframe DB2 and client-server environments
• Ability to work independently on complex IT tasks
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Current residency in Wisconsin; no relocation is permitted
