Job Summary

To support the Telecommunications Platform Team, the remote Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain a distributed calling platform capable of handling millions of minutes and thousands of simultaneous sessions while collaborating with a team to implement AI features and solve complex system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a geographically distributed calling platform for high-volume communication
• Integrate cutting-edge AI features into the platform, addressing challenges related to latency and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers to debug complex systems and contribute to architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong programming fundamentals and a desire to grow in a high-stakes environment
• Solid understanding of IP networking concepts
• Self-starter mentality with ownership and initiative
• Interest in AI technologies and their applications at scale
