Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building full-stack applications for customer experience workflows, the full-time Software Engineer will develop and integrate tools that enhance the productivity of support agents while working remotely with quarterly in-person collaboration sessions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy full-stack services using Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, and React to support CX agent workflows
• Design and implement third-party platform integrations to enhance internal CX tooling capabilities
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and engineering best practices to ensure platform reliability and performance

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, specifically in building user-facing web applications with JavaScript and React
• Proficiency in Go with experience in scalable backend services and event-driven architectures
• Experience managing production systems on AWS, including Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling
• Demonstrated ability to integrate with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms in production environments
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and practices to improve workflow efficiency and quality
