Software Engineer

Job Summary

To modernize legacy applications, the full-time Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy web-based solutions using Java, Spring, React JS, and TypeScript while collaborating in an Agile Scrum environment and working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications transitioning legacy workflows into user-friendly solutions
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to deliver high-quality, reusable code and manage data persistence with SQL
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery while conducting performance and load testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with Java and the Spring framework
• 2+ years of experience with React JS and TypeScript
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
