Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and enhancing digital products, the fully remote Software Engineer will engage in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to both frontend and backend services while leveraging modern engineering practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in iteration planning and daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment and performance improvement
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across the full stack while practicing paired programming and TDD
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with team members for knowledge sharing and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience for Consultant II, 3+ years for Senior Consultant II, and 5+ years with demonstrated technical leadership for Lead
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design
• Experience with Java/Spring, JavaScript, and React
• Backend development experience including APIs, databases (relational/NoSQL), and caching systems
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
