Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating within a small team, the full-time Software Engineer will leverage Azure and AI technologies to deliver automated support solutions and intuitive user experiences, while ensuring data security and maintaining service health.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver contextually aware features to enhance support efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with engineering teams to establish secure connections to cloud services infrastructure
• Respond to service maintenance activities to ensure system reliability for customers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
• 2 years of experience working with Azure technologies, including Service Fabric and API Management
• 1 year of experience with AI or machine learning technology
