Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design and deliver innovative cash advance solutions, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure a seamless mobile experience while tackling complex challenges involving sensitive financial data.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver new features that scale with the growing customer base for cash advance solutions
• Collaborate with other engineers to ship high-quality code and solve unique problems related to cash advance products
• Create and maintain clear documentation to support a growing remote organization

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services
• Experience with mobile or user-facing applications, ideally using React Native or similar frameworks
• Strong passion for quality in code, communication, and culture
• Demonstrated drive and proactivity in a builder and executor role
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and tools, such as Node, TypeScript, and microservice architectures
