Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with a dynamic team, the full-time Software Engineer will design, develop, and troubleshoot mission-critical software for the US Air Force, with the flexibility to work remotely while occasionally being onsite in Morgantown, WV.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software using modern programming languages, primarily Java and C++
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle and utilize Agile tools for project management
• Develop maintainable code and automated tests, ensuring high-quality software delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
• US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher
• Hands-on experience with Java/C++ and object-oriented programming
• Experience with JavaScript and frameworks such as React
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplined engineering team
