Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic software development scrum team, the full-time Software Engineer will contribute to creating mission-critical public safety software solutions in both on-premise and cloud-based environments while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement real-time software solutions that directly impact public safety
• Create requirements, code, and automated testing solutions for sophisticated enterprise systems
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews while providing accurate effort estimates for projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong experience in modern software development practices and tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET Core, or Java
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as developing REST-based APIs
