Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely within the U.S., the full-time Software Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, managing applications in cloud environments, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Triage production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Manage applications and services in public cloud environments, ideally Azure
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in an operations/production support role
• 1+ years of experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• 1+ years of experience with a core programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• 1+ years of experience managing apps and services in public cloud environments, ideally Azure
