Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build and maintain reliable software systems, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design scalable features, contribute to architectural discussions, and improve team performance while working primarily with a TypeScript-based stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems or product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on priorities
• Participate in peer code reviews and mentor Associate and Junior Engineers

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages with experience in database technologies and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and design patterns
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and agile development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to balance tradeoffs in scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Experience navigating cloud infrastructure and integrating AI tooling into workflows
