Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build and maintain reliable, scalable software systems, the full-time Software Engineer will design, implement, and optimize product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting, preferably working Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems or product features
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code across the full stack
• Mentor Associate and Junior Engineers through collaboration and pair programming

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages with experience in database technologies and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and design patterns
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and agile development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues and trace problems across systems
• Experience working with a TypeScript-based stack spanning API services and full-stack web frameworks
