Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineer to join the Federal Programs team, where the candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for the CRS and ArtivaRM platforms while gaining hands-on experience in a regulated federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting application defects and system issues, supporting root cause analysis efforts
• Collaborate with team members through Agile ceremonies and knowledge-sharing opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-2 years of software development experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, or SQL
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Demonstrated willingness to accept feedback and work collaboratively within a team environment
