Software Engineer
Job Summary
To revolutionize the moving industry, the full-time remote Software Engineer will build user-facing features, create scalable systems, and optimize a GraphQL backend while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Build new user-facing features end-to-end from the database schema to UI components
- Create scalable systems for workflows, including billing and customer communication
- Optimize the GraphQL backend for performance and add real-time support to notifications
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a tech, product-driven company, preferably in an early-stage startup
- Proficiency in Python/Flask, React, GraphQL, and AWS technologies
- Understanding of relational databases and experience with frontend testing
- Strong belief in improving the moving experience for customers
- Ability to embrace change and propose improvements in a startup environment
