Software Engineer

Job Summary

Passionate about empowering developers, the remote Software Engineer will participate in all aspects of software development, including design, coding, and testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in software development activities such as design, coding, code review, and testing
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to plan and build high-quality features
• Prototype ideas and gather feedback from users to improve the Warp experience

Required qualifications

• Strong engineering skills with a focus on product and user needs
• Experience in building native apps in Rust or WASM, or server-side programming in Go
• Familiarity with shell or Linux programming
• Knowledge of OpenGL, WebGL, or other graphics programming is a plus
• Ability to build warm relationships with developers and stakeholders
