Job Summary

To support the development of an AI-powered CRM platform, a remote Software Engineer will build core backend functionality in Ruby on Rails, create React components, and collaborate with experienced engineers to enhance user experience and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Build core backend functionality in Ruby on Rails and relational databases
  • Develop React components in TypeScript for customer-facing features
  • Collaborate and pair program with full-stack engineers to solve problems and improve software
Required qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a similar technical field
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Experience building web applications with modern languages like Ruby, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go
  • Strong interest in AI/LLM technologies and prompt-first development workflows
  • Experience with relational databases and Git is a plus
