Software Engineer

Job Summary

Managing the design, development, and integration of cloud applications, the full-time remote Software Engineer will execute technical activities to meet deployment timelines for USCG systems, including developing APIs and conducting user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for USCG information systems
• Conduct Operational and User Acceptance Testing while gathering user feedback for feature prioritization
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and maintain process guides for system administrators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Possess IAT Level II certification
• Knowledge of AWS, Linux, Python, PHP, and MongoDB
• Active Secret clearance
