Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of backend services, the full-time temporary Software Engineer will design and implement microservices, APIs, and event streams while ensuring system performance and scalability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services, including microservices and APIs, for next-generation systems
• Ensure backend systems are highly performant and scalable to handle increasing data loads
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate backend systems and implement iterative improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with large-scale microservice application development
• Proficiency in C# and solid knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• A ship-often mindset with the ability to break down requirements for rapid releases
