Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and scaling the data platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer will transform messy GTM signals into reliable workflows while integrating external data sources and debugging production issues across various systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the data platform for reliable workflow management
• Design and implement systems for data enrichment, routing, and activation
• Collaborate with GTM teams to convert experiments into reusable platform components

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building data platforms or backend systems
• Proficiency with analytical data systems such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Experience in managing complex, end-to-end systems for business-critical workflows
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema evolution, and maintainability
• Excellent debugging skills across various data and workflow systems
