Job Summary

Focusing on building and optimizing an agentic AI analyst, the full-time remote Software Engineer will tune agent behavior, measure performance, and enhance capabilities while collaborating with a skilled team in a fast-paced engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize the agentic AI analyst to improve performance and capabilities
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and solve complex problems across the technology stack
• Ship software quickly and iteratively while ensuring high performance and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3-10+ years of experience building production software, with proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Strong technical skills and experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau
• Strategic thinking ability to balance business and product goals with engineering excellence
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with data products and AI-ready interfaces is a plus
