Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Office of the Chief Legal Officer, the full-time Software Engineer will deliver secure technology solutions, mentor team members, and drive cross-collaboration on projects while working in a hybrid environment that may include remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, tools, and coding standards
• Provide strategic advice on technology usage to achieve organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field preferred
• Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis; three years in project management preferred
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Hands-on technical leadership experience in leading project teams
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and AI capabilities
