Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic remote team, the full-time Software Engineer will take full responsibility for the software development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers to create customer-centric solutions while leveraging AI tools for enhanced productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the entire lifecycle of code from design and development to testing and deployment
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to identify pain points and develop engaging product experiences
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses to ensure system reliability and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building full-stack applications with proficiency in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET/C#
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and experience in writing queries
• A strong commitment to building reliable systems through robust testing and proactive monitoring
• Experience using AI tools for research, planning, and implementation in software development
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
