Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with Senior Software Engineers, the full-time FLEX Manager, Software Engineer will design and implement innovative solutions for the Loyalty Platform while troubleshooting software issues and providing on-call support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver incremental value aligned with the Loyalty Platform roadmap
• Conduct research, analysis, and implementation of applications to enhance the platform
• Develop proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate cutting-edge technology for business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification
• 3+ years of software development experience with expertise in multiple programming languages
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools
• Experience with Microservices and related technologies
• Familiarity with APIs, Webservices, and deployment tools such as Jenkins and Kubernetes
