Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing technology team, the full-time Software Engineer will design and build full-stack solutions for Marketing Data Management, enhance data solutions using Databricks, and connect data products to AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities for remote work considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support full-stack solutions that enhance Marketing Data Management and user experiences
• Engineer and improve Databricks-enabled data solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and supportable technology solutions aligned with enterprise practices

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis, with three years in project management preferred
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Hands-on technical leadership experience in leading project teams and setting technical direction
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
