Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build and refine commercial real estate marketing tools, the full-time Software Engineer will develop backend (Rails) and frontend (React) features while collaborating with product and design teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch software quickly while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to create a seamless user experience
• Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and accountability

Required qualifications

• Multiple years of product software development experience in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React
• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec and Jest
• Familiarity with web technologies including git, MySQL, and AWS
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle
