Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a founding-stage, venture-backed Enterprise AI company, the remote Software Engineer will write high-quality Ruby on Rails code, participate in architectural discussions, and provide technical support for complex customer implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Write production-ready code in Ruby on Rails for enterprise workloads and secure customer data
• Participate in roadmap and architecture discussions to shape the core AI product
• Own feature development from concept to deployment, including designing, building, testing, and shipping new functionality

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building solutions with various API types (REST, SOAP, JSON-RPC) and flat file formats (CSVs)
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B integrations is a major plus
• Familiarity with building Agentic AI systems is a plus
