Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance cloud systems for product development teams, the remote Software Engineer will develop, operate, and maintain public cloud solutions in AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud, while implementing governance policies and reporting mechanisms.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop cloud-specific solutions to optimize efficiency, cost, and maturity using boto3 and Google Workspace
- Establish and enforce cloud governance policies to control costs and ensure compliance with security standards
- Facilitate infrastructure to support automation pipelines in product development using Vagrant, Ansible, and Amazon Elastic Container Service
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber-Physical Systems, or related field with one year of experience, or Bachelor's degree with three years of experience in a related role
- One year of experience with OpenShift development and Ansible development, including Ansible Automation Platform
- Experience in AWS development, including ECS, CloudWatch, and EventBridge
- Proficiency in Linux, including RHEL, and Jira, including Scrum and Agile development
- Experience in data processing and visualization using Numpy and Google Sheets, along with Git
