Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a driven Software Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, the full-time remote position will focus on designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, particularly in generative AI and automation, to enhance the Digital Workplace for Associates.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software features and enhancements within an iterative development process
- Develop and maintain generative AI features within enterprise AI platforms while adhering to governance guidelines
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure effective sprint planning and delivery of goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go)
- Experience building LLM/GenAI applications, ideally within GCP Vertex AI
- Experience with Slack app development and API/webhooks integration
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
