Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Software Engineer, this position will develop features and applications as part of an agile team, focusing on operational maintenance and support of backend systems, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to design, configure, and maintain applications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
- Continuously monitor and optimize software for reliability, adhering to architectural standards and supporting dynamic teams
- Contribute to the development of Generative AI features and integrate AI technologies while applying Responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages and experience with web technologies, including React and .NET frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Git, continuous delivery, and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure services and AI concepts, including Azure OpenAI Service and Generative AI
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures and scripts
