Software Engineer
Job Summary
To drive technical solutions from design through production, the full-time Software Engineer 4 will design, build, and scale distributed platforms in a remote environment while mentoring other engineers and improving platform reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, reliable software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
- Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance software quality and developer productivity
- Mentor software engineers and QA engineers on engineering best practices and modern development workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting distributed software applications
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET/C#, Java, and cloud-native technologies
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and CI/CD pipelines
