Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the early-career Software Engineer will work remotely to write, test, and ship production code, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams while participating in agile ceremonies and enhancing software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and ship production code for assigned features and bug fixes under the guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in code reviews by submitting clean, well-documented pull requests and incorporating feedback quickly
• Debug and resolve defects across the stack, including on-call and triage support for lower-severity issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamp + portfolio or 0 to 2 years of professional experience)
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#
• Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development including branching, pull requests, and code review
• Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases/SQL
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic cloud concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
