Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Software Engineer II, the full-time remote position will focus on developing, enhancing, and maintaining application systems for the Evolve Warehouse Management System, including designing RESTful APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external integrations
• Collaborate with front-end and mobile teams to deliver features that enhance warehouse workflows
• Implement and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures for large distributed systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing large-scale back-end systems
• 2+ years of experience with scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript knowledge is a plus)
• Expert-level SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedure development
• Familiarity with message queues or event-driven architecture (Kafka preferred)
