Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineer, preferably located in the Greater Boston area, who will develop and enhance the CommCare platform, collaborating with global teams to create impactful software for frontline workers.
Key responsibilities:
- Build new features using modern best practices such as version control, continuous integration, and automated tests
- Collaborate with multicultural development and implementation teams worldwide
- Participate in agile processes, code reviews, and release testing to deliver product features
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Fluency in Python and proven experience in building quality web software
- Familiarity with the tech stack including Django, Postgres, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus
- Enthusiasm for public health and international development
