Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineer specializing in monetization, who will build and optimize systems for customer conversion, retention, and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Aura's revenue and user experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain features across the full stack that impact customer engagement and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and iterate on features based on results
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to rapidly ship high-quality features while ensuring robust testing and best practices
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping products in production
- Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs)
- Experience with modern web tooling, including CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Proficiency with analytics and observability tools for feature instrumentation and debugging
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
