Key responsibilities
- Build and own new Single Review Tool (SRT) workstreams, including event-driven systems and scheduling
- Develop automated pipelines that convert reviewer quality data into personalized, AI-driven coaching
- Engineer AI-backed coaching systems focusing on data validation, reliability, and auditability
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with AI-backed systems in production, focusing on data trust and validation
- Proven ability to independently execute projects with minimal management oversight
- Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
