Job Summary
To support application development in the financial services sector, the full-time temporary Software Engineer will work remotely, focusing on C#, .NET, SQL, and OpenShift to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and microservices.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development, modification, and maintenance of applications within the Technology department
- Design and deploy new applications and enhancements while monitoring system performance and effectiveness
- Identify and resolve business systems issues, ensuring smooth operation of all systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on skills in C# and .NET
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST API development
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and enterprise application development
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or enterprise messaging technologies
