Job Summary
Contributing to a transformative cancer care platform, the remote Software Engineer will build secure and scalable infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop user-centric products while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and data teams to develop and enhance the cancer care platform with a focus on user experience and workflow integration
- Execute technical tasks by building core systems and tools to support efficient patient care delivery
- Adhere to secure development practices while managing protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in designing and building user-centric products with a strong technical foundation
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
