Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning end-to-end product outcomes, the full-time Software Engineer will work remotely or onsite in San Francisco, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement full-stack systems that enhance user experiences across various product areas, including video editing and AI integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Own meaningful product surfaces from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance
- Shape product interactions by partnering with Product and Design to propose improvements and simplify user outcomes
- Build ambitious full-stack systems using technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js while improving team learning and shipping practices
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products with measurable user or business outcomes
- Experience owning features or experiments end to end, utilizing analytics to evaluate impact
- Ability to navigate and simplify complex product and technical challenges
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and API design
- Understanding of AI applications in software development and creative tools
