Job Summary
To support the Developer Infrastructure team, the full-time Software Engineer will design, build, and operate core developer-infrastructure services that enhance build speed, deploy safety, and test reliability in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate scalable CI and build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure
- Drive improvements in build and CI wall time, deploy speed, and test feedback metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and implement platform enhancements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on developer infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems and deployment processes
- Experience with observability and service-level objectives (SLOs)
- Ability to lead technical design for cross-cutting projects
- Familiarity with building secure and reliable systems at scale
