Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Engineer will build and maintain application features, configure and support workforce management systems, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software while following best practices and achieving team results
- Actively seeks growth and learning opportunities through experimentation and collaboration
- Builds partnerships and collaborates with team members in agile processes to meet shared objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Familiarity with workforce management or HR/payroll systems, particularly UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions
- Exposure to integration platforms and API-based integrations
- Experience with SQL and database technologies in an ETL/data-pipeline context
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and backend service development
