Job Summary
To support agile software development initiatives, the contract Software Engineer (Agile) will work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, focusing on developing scalable applications using Java, Python, or JavaScript while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement REST APIs and scalable solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with at least two frameworks or technologies such as React, Angular, or Node.js
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
