Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, AI to help train large-language models to write production-grade code.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare and rank multiple code snippets, providing explanations for the best choices
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline to facilitate continuous model improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C++, PHP, COBOL, C, Ruby, or Rust
• Strong code-review instincts to identify logic errors, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
• Enjoyment of reading documentation and language specifications
• Ability to thrive in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment
