Software Engineer AI Code Evaluator

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI coding assistants, the fully remote freelance Software Engineer AI Code Evaluator will review, rank, and refine AI-generated code across multiple programming languages while working independently on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and rank AI-generated code solutions for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Identify and articulate bugs, anti-patterns, and performance issues in AI outputs
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI-generated code to meet production standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, Rust)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
• Experience with code review and ability to assess code quality
• Clear written communication skills in English for explaining technical decisions
